"zulassung" for planes More than 20 Kg

Did the prototype plane past the test for planes more than 20 Kg, if not whould ot past these tests ?

The model has been built and is flown up untill now in Czech Republic. As opposite to Germany, the Czech laws do not require the "load tests" to be performed. The owner of the 20+ kgs model has to issue a statement saying that the UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) is in accordance with the directive CAA/S-SLS-010-n/2012, this can be downloaded from here (in Czech language) www.caa.cz/file/5965. I'm not familiar with the requirements of German tests. If the tests would be performed as the tests shown for example like in the video below, I'd expect Bellanca model to pass such tests. The model is registered under registration number OK-X003G, as shown in the official list of registered UAS at www.caa.cz/file/6235.
